James, 35, shed 14 stone of weight following his gastric band operation in 2021.
But in a new snap posted to his Insta story, the former TV star is showing off his completed transformation.
Attending the 30th birthday party of his friend, fashion stylist Ellis Ranson, he looked suave in his smart casual attire.
Arg flashed a grin for the camera as he sported a slimming copper coloured turtle-neck jumper to compliment his new physique.

He opted for a simple yet elegant look as he also chose black trousers with matching leather shoes.
This new appearance comes after the star was seen limping out of hospital in London.

Surgeons previously cut away extra folds of his skin in a major operation.
The former Towie star appeared to be feeling understandably delicate as he slowly made his way from the hospital to a waiting car.
It was the final stage in his transformation journey which included surgery, a clean diet and hundreds of hours in the gym after he ballooned to 27 stone.
And no doubt Arg’s new girlfriend Stella has played a big part, as sources said he wanted to look his best after finding love
Despite shedding all the weight and being happier than ever, Arg admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on.
He told The Sun last year: “The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!”
