Margera was taken into custody September 16 in connection with DUI and reckless driving, local media claims.

The arrest breached terms he agreed to in entering probation in June following a guilty plea over an incident involving his brother at their family’s Pennsylvania home in April 2023.

Margera was brought into custody on Wednesday after speaking with officials at the Justice Center and Office of Pretrial Services.

The court ordered the Jackass alumni to complete six months probation under their supervision in connection with the terms of his guilty plea to a couple of disorderly conduct counts.

Margera had to submit random drug tests as well as undergo mental health treatment under the terms of his plea.

He is also set to appear at a preliminary hearing regarding the DUI and reckless driving charges.

Probation Officer Bradford Griffith said that the Margera presents an “overt danger” to others and himself with his conduct, local media claims.

The Officer also said Margera hadn’t complied with the area of his probation regarding seeking help for drug and alcohol abuse.

Following his guilty plea in June, the Jackass alumni told the judge: “I just want to say thanks for this whole situation.

“It lets me clean up my life. It’s a blessing in disguise.”

The star is being held in Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania.

He will remain in custody until a Monday hearing over the reported violation.

In April 2023 the troubled star turned himself in after disappearing into the woods following a physical confrontation at his home.
