Inside Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s Massive $35 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco began dating in July 2023 but didn’t go public with their relationship until December 2023 when she confirmed it by commenting on a fan’s social media post that Blanco is “my absolute everything in my heart.”

One year later, the “Hands to Myself” singer shared the happy news via Instagram that they are engaged posting photos of herself wearing a marquise-cut diamond ring and writing: “Forever begins now.”

Blanco later revealed that he always knew he was going to marry her saying: “The second we started hanging out, I was like, ‘This is my wife,’ I was telling my mom, ‘This is the girl I’m going to marry.’”

But that’s not all the two celebrated that month, they also purchased a home together just before Blanco proposed. Here’s a peek inside their sprawling Beverly Hills mansion that cost a whopping $35 million.

Gomez and Blanco purchased the mansion days before getting engaged

The pair’s new abode sits on nearly one acre of land and it’s one of the most expensive homes in that area.

Records show that the 7,000-square-foot Spanish-style mansion has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Not only that but the estate includes two separate guesthouses, which boast a studio and home theater.

Some of the other features and amenities of Gomez and Blanco’s new pad include a fitness center, a pool, a spa, a library, a grand swirling staircase, a formal dining room, a gourmet kitchen, private balconies, and a glass greenhouse solarium. There are also fountains outback and lush gardens that surround the property.

In addition to their new pad, the Only Murders in the Building actor also owns a few other houses in Southern California including a 9,000-square-foot estate in Encino, California which she purchased for $4.9 million in 2020 as well as a four-bedroom, four-bath, 3,500-square-foot property she purchased in Los Angeles’ Woodland Hills neighborhood for $1.8 million in 2017.

Speculation that the massive property could serve as their wedding venue

The couple hasn’t finalized their wedding plans yet, and according to Blanco that may take a little bit of time for his fiancée.

“I think every day she’s planned a new wedding in her head,” he told Rolling Stone. “We’re very much ‘take it one day at a time’-type of people. We’re still not over this moment.”

But that hasn’t stopped some from speculating that their new home might end up being their wedding venue as well.

One source close to the singer already came to that conclusion telling Life & Style: “Selena envisions it as her and Benny’s forever home. They want to one day tell their kids about their fabulous backyard wedding with their friends and family!”

The reason the insider believes Gomez could opt for a small wedding at home is because of the star’s previous comments when she said: “Sometimes when I’m not super familiar with everyone or if it’s over 40, I tend to get a little overwhelmed.”
