RYLAN Clark battled the elements on a freezing cold training walk to prepare for his Red Nose Day challenge.
The TV and radio presenter, 34, has teamed up with famous faces Emma Willis, 46, and Oti Mabuse, 32, to tackle the unrelenting terrain of the Cairngorms in aid of Comic Relief.

The trio’s adventure will be captured for documentary, Frozen: Emma, Oti and Rylan’s Red Nose Day Challenge.
In his latest Instagram Stories, the former X Factor star captured himself wrapped up in black knitwear and a huge hood as he strode over snow-covered mountains.
Despite his snug clothing and snow glasses, his nose had still turned pink because of the cold.
Later on, he was seen with Oti and Emma as the trio lay face-first in the snow.

Presumably tired out from all their efforts, the image caption read: “Training Day 2, done,” followed by the hashtag: “#frozenrednose.”
Rylan recently opened up on his biggest fear ahead of his Highlands climb.
Rylan, famous for his bright gnashers, revealed it’s his teeth he fears for.

He said: “I’ve never been camping in my life. I’ve never slept in a tent. I have never worn camping attire. The only camping I do is camping it up on a Saturday night!
“I think the hardest part for me throughout this entire challenge is going to be the entire challenge. I’m not going to lie to myself – this isn’t what I’m used to, and this isn’t what I’d ever choose to do.
“But here I am, and I just hope I come out of it in one piece and don’t lose any veneers in the snow.”
The trio – who’ll be equipped with ice axes and crampons – will spend three days trekking through Cairngorms National Park, setting off from Braemar, Aberdeenshire, as they attempt to reach the summit of the 1,245m (4085ft) munro Cairn Gorm.
They have already completed further training with experts in Scotland and will push their bodies to the limit for the challenge, being filmed to air on March 17.
Rylan said: “I think what’s going to keep me going through the entire challenge is obviously the girls and knowing that we’re doing it for a great cause.
“The better we do, fingers crossed, the more money we raise. Knowing where the money will go is definitely going to be my motivation when I’m ready to chuck it all in and call the chopper.”
