Olly, 39, told how he wakes up bright and early at around 8.30am and has a green tea and a “vitamin-boosting berry drink”.
He joked that it is crucial for him to start the day right as if he wakes up and has a bacon sandwich the “day is over for him”.
Following his smoothie, he has a probiotic and a turmeric shot to reduce inflammation in his knees then heads for a boxing session which lasts one hour.
On the weekends he trains with his competitive bodybuilder wife Amelia Tank, who he married last month.

Once training is done and completed he heads to the sauna in his garden followed by an eight minute ice bath which is set at minus two.

Speaking about the ice baths, he told the publication: “It’s an amazing way of cleaning out all the toxins from your body — I spent a lot of time in there after my stag do.
“My life is pretty hectic and there’s not a lot of time for reflection, so my meditation comes from my morning routine.
“It allows me to be present in my own head and not get too blurred by the madness surrounding me.
“It’s where I can put aside any worries about money or work and focus on myself. Once that’s done, I’m ready for action.”
When it comes to lunch he usually eats something healthy and pre-prepared, but does enjoy the odd meal out.
For dinner he has another protein-packed meal with a side of vegetables.
If he’s still feeling peckish, he will have some scrambled eggs before bed for his muscle recovery.
