In another pic Hayley can be seen posing with Multi-platinum and multiple Grammy Award winning singer Ed Sheeran.
The brunette bombshell leads a jet-setter lifestyle taking to her socials to share snaps of herself to her followers in many exotic destinations.
The model has posted a string of glam bikini and swimsuit pics while on holiday to Greece, Ibiza and Cape Town.
Earlier this month the couple soft-launched their relationship in an Instagram video.
Loved-up Mitch also posted a photo of Hayley in gym gear holding a huge bouquet of flowers.
Now, the couple have taken things to the next level and gone Instagram official with Mitch posting a photo of the pair on his main Instagram feed.
The two lovebirds posed together in a selfie style snap with the caption: “She Took The Pain Away.”
The former gas engineer appeared on the ITV2 dating show Love Island in 2023.

He returned for the All Star series earlier this year but only lasted over two weeks and was dumped on day 16.
The reality star, earned himself the nickname ‘Messy Mitch’ due to his controversial commentary in and out of the villa.
The northern lad was an OG islander on season 10 and coupled up with Molly Marsh on day one.
After failing to impress Molly, he coupled up with Leah Taylor, Jess Harding and Abi Moores.
In the end he decided to explore a new connection with bombshell Ella Barnes.
But things didn’t end well and the pair were dumped from the island calling it quits just weeks after returning to the UK.
