LEWIS Capaldi has revealed the inside of his stunning Glasgow town house, with a spiral staircase a huge kitchen.

The Before You Go singer’s home was seen in snippets from his new Netflix documentary Lewis Capaldi: How I’m Doing Now.

Lewis, 26, opened up on his mental health during the heartfelt film, as well as showing his life behind the fame, including his home.

The star was seen spending time in the sprawling property as he talked about his rise to fame, and hopes to release more music.

Letting the camera crew into his town house, Lewis revealed the stunning brick and wood exterior of the building, tucked away on a quiet street away from prying eyes.

He went on to stand in the kitchen as he talked about his weight loss, revealing the wooden counter tops and blue colour scheme.

The room had been adorned with trendy art work, as well as large leafy green plants and a keyboard on a desk next to his dining table.

Elsewhere in the home, Lewis revealed the huge TV above a wooden counter in the kitchen space, next to a spiralling metal staircase.

Heading down the stairs, the musician was then seen passing a wooden wall, decorated with even more plants.

It comes after Lewis opened up about his ongoing battle with anxiety and being an hypochondriac in the documentary.

Hypochondria causes suffers to feel extreme anxiety about their health, including worrying that are or may become seriously ill.

“I’ve always been a hypochondriac,” the singer said. “I’ve been obsessed like, if something is wrong with me, I’m like, ‘F**k, I’m dying’.

“I went to a therapist and she was like, ‘Do you not think that’s got something to do with the fact that your grandmother and your aunt both died when you were like three and four, within a year.”

After showing footage of Lewis as a young child playing with his family members, his mum and dad Mark revealed the tragic events.

“Pat was Carol’s sister,” Mark began. “She committed suicide.”

Lewis added: “I was there, and I saw a lot of things and stuff. We were outside the flat the night my dad went upstairs and found her.”

Breaking down in tears and struggling to speak, his mum went on to explain: “You feel so guilty, that you didn’t manage to stop it.

“But I think you could drive yourself absolutely insane with it. You need to get to the point and think, ‘Well, you can’t stop somebody’.

“You can try and help, give them as much help and support you can but unless they want help themselves, there’s not much you can do.

“I still feel guilty about it, I still feel as if, um, I need to stop.”

Carol walked away from the camera and out the door before she was heard sobbing off camera, as her husband came to comfort her.

“They’re talking about Pat,” Carol could be heard telling Mark in between crying as the family rallied round her.

Lewis later revealed that he wrote his hit song Before You Go about his aunt – as he also struggled to keep his emotions in.
