Inside Kym Marsh’s colourful love life and string of famous exes as she splits from third husband Scott

KYM Marsh and third husband Scott Ratcliff have split less than two years after tying the knot.

The Sun exclusively revealed former Hear’Say singer Kym, 46, and army major Scott, 34, have gone their separate ways due to conflicting schedules.

And, after shooting to fame more than two decades ago, this isn’t the first time ex-Coronation Street star Kym has suffered a public break-up.

Before becoming a household name, Kym met builder Dave during a night out in her hometown in 1994.

They got engaged and welcomed children David and Emilie but split in 1999.

After winning a place in Hear’Say Kym met actor Jack in the BBC canteen while she was doing Top of the Pops and he was starring as Jamie Mitchell in EastEnders.

They tied the knot in 2002 but announced their split six years later.

Months after her divorce from Jack was finalised Kym started dating another soap hunk – this time Hollyoaks’ Jamie.

The couple suffered heartbreak during their relationship after their son Archie sadly died just moments after being born.

Kym and Jamie later welcomed daughter Polly – now 12 – before getting married six months later in September 2012.

They split just a year later.

In 2013 Kym had a brief – but serious – romance with fellow Corrie star Dan.

Following their split, he told the Mirror: “We planned a future together.

“We loved each other and we weren’t afraid to say it. It wasn’t something we intended to happen, but we couldn’t stop our feelings.”

In April 2014 Kym met personal trainer Dan and things between them heated up quickly.

Just over a year later the former couple got engaged but announced their split in May 2015.

Scott Ratcliff

Kym and Scott tied the knot in October 2021 after getting together in June 2018.

But an insider told The Sun this week: “They both really tried to make it work, but the cracks have been there for a while and they were only getting to see each other for one or two days a week at the very most.

“Kym’s been so busy, and last year Strictly meant even her weekends were stacked up along with weekdays rehearsing.

“More recently she’s been filming all over the place and rehearsing for a new theatre run.

“And Scott is based in barracks down south — he’s got a very busy career as well.”
