Putting her own touch on the already regal venue, Kate, 50, transformed the interior to represent an English country garden.
A 20 metre centre piece ran down the table including pink poppies and roses and purple sweet peas.
In our exclusive video from inside the venue guests can be seen partying around the lavish table as a private DJ belts out Kate’s favourite tunes.
Guests included tennis ace Venus Williams, British Vogue editor Edward Enninful and beauty guru Charlotte Tilbury.
Fellow fashion giant Stella McCartney, 52, was also at the bash.
Dressed to impress, Kate wore a black lace floor length gown and open-toed heels to show off her black painted toes.
On Wednesday the Croydon-born star flew into the French capital via private jet from Oxfordshire.
She was joined by her partner of nine years Nikolai von Bismarck, 37, and her 21-year-old daughter Lila.
The trio quickly checked into the world famous five star Ritz hotel where suites cost tens of thousands of pounds.
