The soap star, who is also mum to Delilah, four, and seven-year-old Matilda, welcomed Charlie into the world alongside ex Scott Sinclair on March 25 2021.
Helen shared a glimpse inside Charlie’s party on her Instagram story.
The birthday boy looked over the moon with his bash, zooming around on a mini red car.
Helen said: “Today was Henry’s and Charlie’s joint bday party such a lovely day we had it @thelittlelancashirevillage we go here all the time and it was perfect.”

Charlie’s sister Delilah pretended that she was a dentist, while their older sister Matilda had fun in the dressing-up room.
Helen also celebrated her sister Jessica’s son’s birthday and they got the two an incredible cake.
Sharing a snap of the tasty treat, she said: “This cake was amazing and tasted unreal @macbakeryx such a beautiful cake.

Helen and Scott got together in 2009 and nine years later they got engaged.
The former couple went their separate ways after 13 years together in October last year.
It comes after Helen left fans stunned after showing off the results of her recent boob job in a jaw-dropping Instagram post.
The Corrie star took to her social media for a sponsored post on a hair styler, showing off the sleek new do she got as a result.
However, fans were left a little distracted as her low-cut top gave them an eyeful of the results of her recent boob job.
Helen has been proudly talking about her breast enhancements which she secretly had done at the end of 2022 to mark a “new start” following her split.
