The movie lover has a wall-mounted telly with a Sonos speaker bar, perfect for those dramatic Hollywood moments.
The open-plan entertaining area has the immortal Smiths lyrics ‘there is a light that never goes out’ in neon above his patio doors.
The extension also has airy skylights, a modern kitchen and a wooden floor.
Over the course of the renovation, Colson filmed walls being ripped of their plaster, edges being taped and pots of paint being opened as he rolled up his sleeves and helped make the pad a dream home.

It’s not only Colson’s home that has had an overhaul in recent years.
The Craig Tinker star, who is the local police officer on the cobbles, has dramatically changed his look too, losing a whopping 10 stone.
Previously, Colson admitted he was self-harming with food after being abused for his weight by viewers at just 11 years old.
He said: “At 11 years old I had a Twitter account.
