JUST when you thought the row between Charlotte and Conor Maynard couldn’t get anymore toxic – the Sun can reveal the most explosive development so far.
Five months after pop star Conor claimed he had “proof” he was not Penelope’s dad, we can reveal a new jaw-dropping allegation has come to light – which Charlotte says casts major doubts about the accuracy of the results.

In a document seen by The Sun, the BBC star claims an unidentified male was present when Conor’s sample was collected.
Charlotte, 34, also alleges the singer switched testing locations at the last minute and that her own DNA was not taken – something which improves the accuracy of the paternity test.
She now wants a court-ordered DNA test to determine the parentage of the little girl, who was born in October.
However, Conor’s rep insists the pop star has already offered to do a second paternity test outside of court – despite the original cheek swab being done in the presence of Charlotte’s own legal representative, who watched the sample being taken.
It was carried out by specialist company AlphaBiolabs, which is accredited by the Ministry of Justice.
A source told The Sun: “Charlotte was blindsided when Conor released the paternity result claiming he wasn’t Penny’s dad.
“Charlotte consulted lawyers and despite suffering shocking abuse from online trolls, was advised to remain silent.
“She’s now ready to fight for Conor to take another paternity test.
“She claims the previous one should be discounted because it was not conducted under the controlled conditions agreed.
“For months, Charlotte’s gone to great lengths to keep this out of court and in the public domain.
“Charlotte just wants this whole sorry saga over with and for the truth to come out. Her number one priority has always been, and always will be, Penny.”
Charlotte has hired Coleen Rooney’s Wagatha Christie lawyer, Paul Lunt, to be on standby – braced to handle potential legal threats from the TikToker.
A spokesman for Conor Maynard said: “It’s baffling. Conor’s already agreed to another paternity test, so there’s no need to drag this through the courts.
“Once a new test has been done hopefully Charlotte can finally put this behind her once and for all”.
Charlotte was set up with Conor by her Traitors co-star Harry Clarke after a champagne-fuelled wrap party of Claudia Winkleman’s BBC murder mystery game last year.
Pansexual Charlotte, who recently divorced her wife Laura, claimed the singer turned on her weeks later when she said she was expecting his child after their fling.

Meanwhile pals say Charlotte has been going through an “exhausting fight” behind the scenes, having always been adamant about who her daughter’s father is.
Conor’s reps insisted the private results taken by DNA testing company Alpha Bio Labs on March 11, 2025, have “clearly drawn a line under the matter”, adding: “It is very difficult to understand how the location of the paternity test would have changed the results.
“To be clear, this test was conducted by a registered nurse in the presence of Charlotte’s legal representative.”
He later went on ITV’s This Morning, telling viewers: “I was instantly painted as a dead-beat dad. My comments on my social media were all about that.
“When the result came in I can’t even begin to explain to you the feeling.”
