ACTOR Jude Law used a chubby body double’s bum for a sex scene as King Henry VIII because he was not able to gain enough weight to flash his own.
Jude, 51, played the ruler in the film Firebrand, with Alicia Vikander as his sixth wife Katherine Parr.

But the script called for a sex scene, with reviewers later describing Henry’s backside as “enormous rolling buttocks” and questioning if it was actually Jude’s rear.
During an interview with podcaster Marc Maron, Jude admitted he struggled to pile on enough weight to adequately mimic the Tudor monarch’s 28st frame.
He said: “In the time I had there was just no way I was going to be able to put on that weight.
“We gained weight in another way. The clothes were so huge, they were voluminous.
“We put on weights and padding and all sorts of things to create the scale and presence of the man.”
Former IT manager Dale Farrow, from Stamford, Lincs, was Jude’s body double in the film, due out this year.
He said: “You don’t see anything you wouldn’t on Skegness beach.”
