JENNY POWELL reckons that hot yoga is the secret to her fabulous physique and sex life.
The ex-model looks and feels decades younger than her 55 years — and swears it is all down to regularly striking a pose in the heat, plus her relationship with boyfriend Martin Lowe, 48.

In an exclusive interview, she told The Sun on Sunday: “I try to defy all the symptoms of age with hot yoga.
“I’ve done really well and also there’s the fact Martin is really gorgeous. He’s really hot.
“Sex is different when you’re older, it’s slower. No, I’m joking, it’s better because you’re more confident.
“Once you’ve got over the menopause and your testosterone has levelled up, your sex drive comes back.

“The menopause is a problem for a lot of women because your libido disappears. You have to work on it.”
Jenny, who has two daughters, Connie, 21, and 14-year-old Pollyanna, from her marriage to millionaire businessman ex Toby Baxendale — used to get mistaken for the girls’ big sister and often has men approaching her on social media.
The presenter, who hosts the popular Hot Mess Mums podcast and a weekend breakfast show on Greatest Hits Radio, said: “I get direct messages from guys on Instagram often.
“They ask me if I’ll marry them. I guess they’re at a certain age in their life when they want to settle down.
“They’ve probably all been divorced and the rest of it, but I get the odd proposal.”
And it is not just online that former lads’ mag favourite Jenny gets attention.
Her lithe limbs, taut stomach and long brunette locks attract plenty of admiration in the flesh, too.
She recalled: “I go on holiday with Connie and she’s quite funny.
“She said that I was getting wolf whistled all over Ibiza and long, lingering looks from all the men.
“I think, ‘Oh did I?’. And she says, ‘Yes, I was watching’.
“And I say, ‘No, that was for you’, and she says, ‘No mum, they were definitely for you’. I’m very flattered.
“When Connie was 16, the boys from the local grammar school across the road used to call me MILF.
“I’d never even heard of the word but she was absolutely mortified. I used to think, ‘Oh god, here we go’.
“Pollyanna is 14 so I’m one huge embarrassment to her now, but she does ask me to say hello to her friends on Snapchat, so she must think I’m cool really.”

ITV last week announced it would be bringing back the game show Wheel Of Fortune that made Jenny famous in the Nineties as a glamorous assistant, revealing the letters to the audience.
And she admits she would have loved to return to front the remake.
Instead, bosses chose Graham Norton, 60. She said: “I’d love to go back to Wheel Of Fortune but only as the host. I wouldn’t be turning the letters around.”
Although the TV industry has improved since the 2018 gender pay gap scandal, Jenny feels there is still some way to go in order to reach equality.
She said: “It’s tricky. There’s still not the parity in the payslips. We’re quite a way down the list.
“I’ve been in the industry for three different decades, the Eighties, Nineties and Noughties.
“It’s been 37 years, and I certainly wouldn’t get a phone call now saying, ‘Would you like to be a glamorous game show hostess and turn round letters?’.
“So that’s changed, but I still think we need to get paid more.”

Jenny, who began her presenting roles on TV music show No Limits in 1986, is happily settled with her family in Cheshire, but had several high-profile romances in her TV heyday.
Before her Wheel Of Fortune gig she hosted Top of the Pops — where she met music’s main men and dated Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall, now 63, Bros’s Matt Goss, 54, and Take That’s Jason Orange, 52.
Jenny laughs at her back-catalogue of celebrity boyfriends now, and revealed she regularly bumps into Jason’s twin brother Justin.
She said: “I still see Jason’s mum and twin brother. We all live in the same area in the north of England.
“His twin brother has the coffee shop I go to after yoga and his mum lives round the corner.
“It’s quite sweet really, because we’ve know each other for over 20 years. I’ve not seen Jason for eight years. He won’t be coming to the wedding.”
Jenny is happily engaged to sports therapist Martin, who she met 12 years ago, and is in no rush to wed.
They got together after chatting on a bench at London’s Euston station and spent the first few years of their romance in a long-distance relationship, as he lived in New York.
They spent summers together in Brooklyn, before he gave up the States to relocate to Manchester to be with her full time.
Jenny is refreshingly blasé about setting a date for their wedding.
She said: “We haven’t got married yet. I’ve never been so busy. Maybe I’ll be 60 and walking down the aisle, maybe in Ibiza, in a bikini. It all sounds very Sex And The City.
“A friend of mine has the most amazing place in Ibiza and Connie and I went there and she said, ‘Gosh, you’re going to get married here’.
‘TIGER MUM’
“It was almost that kind of place that even if you’d just met someone, you’d want to get married.
“We’ve got the campervan, maybe we need to get it over to Ibiza . . .”
Love Island producers approached Connie to take part in the reality show last year.
But she turned it down to focus on her History of Art Degree at University College London. Now Pollyanna could be headed into the limelight, after making waves in womens’ football.
At the MaiLi hyaluronic acid filler Power Panel event in London last week, Jenny revealed: “Pollyanna is training for the under-16 Stoke City girls’ team.
“I’m chuffed to bits. When they’re 14 and they have a focus and a passion, I’m so grateful.
“It’s a really healthy one and it gets her out and about.
“It used to be all about the Wags. I should know, I live in Cheshire.
“Now I’ve seen the transition. Two years ago, before the Lionesses were doing what they are doing now, she had already signed up for her local team.
“She’s raw, she’s only been playing since she’s been 12 so she’s done exceptionally well.
“I’ve got to be a football mum now. It’s a 50-minute journey to training, three times a week.
“You can get scholarships to America. There are huge opportunities. US soccer is going through the roof. It’s very competitive.
“I’m the tiger mum on the sidelines. I’ve got about ten different dryrobes for all weathers — and a hip flask!

“I’m so happy for her.”

What is hot yoga?
THE fitness craze is a series of 26 fixed postures but practised in a temperature of 40°C.
Fans of the discipline claim that the introduction of heat burns more calories than ordinary yoga and also that the exercise improves glucose and cholesterol levels.
Critics say it is no better for you than ordinary yoga.
