DODGY is one of the bands that defined the 90s – but many of its stars have left the Britpop era behind to pursue other careers.

His LinkedIn profile states, “Up until the Summer 2022, I taught full time at a Trauma Informed school for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in Salisbury.
“I was the Maths and Music lead and also an Upper School / Key Stage 4 Tutor.”
Matthew also says he earned a Masters Degree in Radio Production from Bournemouth University in 2010.
Rock band Dodgy formed in 1990 in West London.
Their notable chart-toppers include Staying Out for the Summer, If You’re Thinking of Me, and Good Enough.

The latter peaked at No. 4 on the UK Singles Chart, marking their most significant success.
Aside from Matthew, the original band members included Nigel Clark, Andy Miller and Stuart Thoy.
The band broke up in 1998 after Nigel resigned to pursue solo projects.
Mathew and Andy proceeded to expand the band into a five-piece ensemble, welcoming vocalist David Bassey, keyboardist Chris Hallam, and bassist Nick Abnett to join their ranks.
Stuart rejoined the band to record their fifth album, What Are We Fighting For back in 2016.
Dodgy will be coming together soon for The Brit Fest, a festival dedicated to showcasing the best that’s come out of Britain.
