Alexina tried out a yellow-green top last week for a beach selfie with Luma Grothe, 30, after flying out to Brazil for her fellow model’s wedding.
As a child, the model revealed she was bullied for her red hair, but said: “I have embraced it as a woman.
“It is a powerful part of my identity.”
The model recently launched her own clothing line, XINA NYC, with a range of hoodies and loungewear.
Five per cent of sales will go to support mental health charities.
Alexina explained: “I experienced the struggles that come along with not knowing where to turn when a loved one is in need and the feelings of losing someone close.
“I wanted to make it a mission to build awareness and break the stigma that surrounds mental health.”
Last year, the model revealed that she keeps fit by sparring.
She posted a pic on Instagram of her with a punch bag in a gym in New York.
Alongside the pic, Alexina wrote: “I bought the (muscle emoji) out at @doyourumble this morning. Thanks for the session.”
