AFTER announcing an all-male headliner line-up, Glastonbury organisers have managed to tick off one of the biggest female artists on the bill.
Lana Del Rey is now threatening to pull out of the Worthy Farm event after her name was buried in the seventh row of the line-up poster.

The singer is underneath all the male headliners — Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Elton John — who are playing on the Pyramid stage.
She shared her anger on Instagram, writing: “Well, I’m actually headlining the 2nd stage. But since there was no consideration for announcing that we’ll see.”
Ouch.
A source close to the Born To Die singer said: “Lana is disappointed. She was proud to be doing a headline slot, but on the announcement graphic her name is buried among lesser-known artists.

“She feels let down being presented as an afterthought lagging behind the all-male trio.”
It’s not the first time artists have been miffed with the order on the line-up poster.
In 2019, Janet Jackson took matters into her own hands by editing the poster so she was the first headliner ahead of The Killers, The Cure and Stormzy who were playing the Pyramid Stage.
She then tweeted the altered version.

In reality, she performed on the lesser West Holts stage — the third largest behind the Pyramid and Other Stage.
Glasto organiser Emily Eavis has blamed the all-male line-up on scheduling issues, claiming Guns N’ Roses were booked after a previously confirmed female headliner — rumoured to be Taylor Swift — “changed her touring plans”.
She said: “We’re trying our best so the pipeline needs to be developed. This starts way back with the record companies, radio. I can shout as loud as I like but we need to get everyone on board.”
Emily added that next year’s festival should see two female headliners, with one already signed and another close to being secured, with Madonna yet to take to the Pyramid Stage.
I sincerely hope she delivers on this promise as the current billing just feels lazy and predictable.
With her stance over this, Lana has proved she can stand up for herself. It is something she has learned to do after a string of nasty incidents earlier in her career.
Last month she opened up about being shoved by strangers and even having to dodge flying objects on first finding fame.
Speaking to fellow musician Billie Eilish in Interview magazine, she said: “All of a sudden, I was walking down the street and people would throw elbows at me. I was like, ‘Oh my god, no way did that happen — someone recognised me and gave me a shove’.
“In San Francisco, I was at a bistro and a woman threw a book about feminism at my face.”
