POP group Liberty X have sent fans into a frenzy after reuniting for a new photo – sparking hopes of a reunion.
Michelle Heaton shared a sweet picture with former band mates Kevin Simm, Kelli Young and Jessica Taylor on Saturday night – 23 years since they first formed.

Kevin – who is now touring as the lead singer of 90s favourites Wet Wet Wet – was surprised by the trio during one of their performances.
In the picture posted to Instagram, the foursome – missing fifth band member Tony Lundon – were cuddled up together, all beaming.
Cheering Kevin on, Michelle wrote: “What a night … I am soooooo proud of you [Kevin] you were sensational tonight with [Wet Wet Wet] if it’s at all possible you sang the best I’ve ever heard you.”
“What an awesome evening in London with my best friends [Kevin, Jessica and Kelli],” she added. “We missed you T [Tony].”
“Guys if you haven’t seen our Kev yet you’re missing out..”
Kevin responded: “Loved seeing you all”
The reunion melted the hearts of fans everywhere, with one responding: “ Liberty X vibes forever”
“Seriously when can we get a reunion of all 5 of u! That would be so cool” added another.
The early 2000s pop group shot to fame on the original talent competition, Popstars, which saw wannabes fight it out for a place in a band.
While the eventual win went to the group that became Hear’Say (starring Myleene Klass, Kym Marsh, Noel Sullivan, Danny Foster and Suzanne Shaw), the remaining hopefuls formed their own group – and took the charts by storm.
While Hear’Say focused on a family friendly image and pop sound, Liberty X sent fans wild with an RnB-inspired flare.
Their video for single Just A Little became an instant classic with all the band members performing a dance routine in PVC while completing Mission: Impossible-inspired tasks.

During their impressive run, Liberty X managed to land eight top 10 singles, 22 weeks in the top 10, and one UK number one across thres albums. How many do you remember?

Their first album, Thinking It Over, became an international smash.
Liberty X later brought a modern flare to disco classics including ‘A Night To Remember’ by Shalamar and ‘Got To Have Your Love’ by Mantronix.
They officially disbanded in 2007, two years after their third and last album – lasting five years longer than Hear’Say did.
However, the band has remained close, and even reformed to tour for a year in 2013, with the girls still performing under the band name as recently as June 2023.
