How Taylor Swift is handling being swept up in Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni legal drama

Taylor Swift is “not afraid” after Justin Baldoni’s lawyer said there’s a chance the singer could be deposed in the actor’s ongoing legal battle with her friend Blake Lively.

A source exclusively tells Page Six that the pop superstar “is a strong woman and she’s not hiding from anything.”

“Taylor is simply enjoying some alone time with Travis [Kelce] and being under the radar for a little bit,” the insider says.

Three weeks after Baldoni dragged Swift into his countersuit against Lively, his attorney Bryan Freedman said the Grammy winner might have relevant knowledge that could “provide evidence” for the case, which a judge has scheduled for a March 2026 trial date.

“I don’t know that we’re going to depose Taylor Swift. I think that that’s going to be probably a game time decision. I don’t know that that decision has been made,” Freedman previously said.

“But, I can tell you this, anyone that reasonably has information that can provide evidence in this case is going to be deposed.”

We previously reported that Swift “can’t help but feel used” by Lively.

An insider said the “Cruel Summer” songstress “doesn’t appreciate being referred to as one of Blake’s dragons” after Lively’s alleged texts were revealed in the countersuit filed by her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director.

The alleged texts don’t specify who the “Gossip Girl” alum’s “dragons” are, but it’s believed by many that the actress was referencing husband Ryan Reynolds — and the award-winning singer.

In Baldoni’s countersuit, he claims Swift was present at a meeting that took place at Lively’s New York City penthouse where he and the actress allegedly met to go over her rewrite of their movie’s rooftop scene.

Baldoni, 41, claims that during their meeting, Lively, 37, attempted to intimidate him by using her relationships with Reynolds and Swift, calling them “absolute titans” as writers and storytellers.

He claims she further said, “I’m so lucky to have them as creative barometers” and they are her “dragons” who protect her in her battles.

Baldoni suggested that Lively was referring to Swift when he texted the actress about her script revisions, writing, “I really love what you did. It really does [help] a lot. Makes it so much more fun and interesting. (And I would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor).”

Meanwhile, the “Fortnight” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, both 35, have been enjoying some down time with just the two of them in recent weeks.

The lovebirds returned to the States following an international vacation where they spent some time alone, Page Six exclusively confirmed at the time.

Although it’s unknown where the couple spent their time away, “Taylor and Travis had a really nice time reconnecting after a very busy year,” a source told us.

The duo were also recently spotted keeping a low profile on a dinner date while stepping out in Park City, Utah.

Swift and Kelce kept each other close as they were escorted to their SUV by security. The couple’s outing in the snowy destination reportedly took place last week.

A rep for Swift did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
