ACTOR DEVIN Ratray has been hospitalized and reportedly remains in critical condition.
The star is most known for his role as Buzz McCallister in Home Alone and its sequel.

Devin, 47, has been in and out of court following a domestic violence accusation made by his ex-girlfriend in December 2021.
The Hollywood actor’s lawyers informed the judge about his hospitalization and revealed he was in “critical condition,” according to TMZ.
A family member of Devin revealed to the news outlet that he was released from the hospital in New York City and is at home resting per doctor’s orders.
Details about his hospital visit or when it happened remain unclear.
He was due back to Oklahoma where the trial was supposed to start on Monday.
However, a date has been set for next month.
WHAT HAPPENED
In 2021, Devin was booked with domestic charges after turning himself in to Oklahoma City authorities, TMZ previously reported.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest after an alleged altercation with his now-ex-parter.
Devin was charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation. He was later released on a $25,000 bond.
He and his ex-partner got into an argument that turned physical.
The star’s ex-partner claimed at the time that he began “strangling her and putting his hand over her mouth” as their alleged fight escalated.
She then alleged that she “bit his hand” before “he punched her in the face and she escaped to a stairwell.”
“She then got her stuff and left, waiting for the cops to arrive,” according to documents obtained by TMZ.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet they were “called to a Hyatt near downtown OKC earlier this week for a domestic dispute between Ratray and his girlfriend.”
However, Devin’s reps have asserted that the two “got into a verbal argument, nothing physical, and things were so nasty the two broke up.”
The representative did not divulge further information on what the fight was about.
The police informant continued on to say that everything was “sorted out once Devin and his girlfriend decided to go their separate ways for the night.”
The accuser “got a separate room” and no one was arrested at the time.
MORE ACCUSATIONS
Over the years, Devin has found himself in several legal battles, with the most recent allegations stemming from a 2017 police report that was filed by Lisa Smith.
At the time, she accused the actor of rape, but it was not until after his arrest in December 2021 on an unrelated domestic violence charge that she followed up on the report.
Lisa told CNN in August 2022 that prosecutors “incorrectly believed she wanted to remain anonymous and didn’t want to press charges,” which is why the case was closed.
She then went on to detail the attack and claimed that she was drugged.
“I remember waking up and I couldn’t move. I couldn’t really open my eyes, but I could hear what was happening and I could feel what was happening. I knew that the other two people were gone and I was still on the couch,” Lisa said.
Lisa added that the alleged assault felt like “an eternity,” according to CNN.
At this time, Devin has not been charged in connection to Lisa’s case, but he denied the allegations to CNN in August 2022, claiming that they “did not have sex.”

Outside of Lisa’s allegations against Devin, little information is available on her personal life.
According to CNN, Lisa and Devin had been friends for 15 years before the attack, but it is unclear how they first met.
On the night of the alleged rape, they were both at a bar with her brother when they went back to his Manhattan apartment for another drink.
Lisa told the media outlet that Ratray seemingly intended to give her a specific glass, which she believes had drugs in it.
After becoming exhausted, Devin encouraged her to stay over and sleep on the couch, and it was not until 2 pm the next day that she was able to leave.
Shortly after the night in question, she relocated to Utah.
