HOLLY Willoughby shared a post about not letting ‘fear rule you’ as she made a return to our screens after a tough time.
The 42-year-old made a TV comeback earlier this month after she quit ITV’s This Morning in October 2023.

Holly is presenting the current series of Dancing On Ice alongside Stephen Mulhern – who replaced Phillip Schofield, 61, on the series.
Today the telly presenter’s wellness brand Wylde Moon posted a motivation quote about ‘not letting fear take over’ and self love.
“What the Full ‘Wolf Moon in fierce Leo tells us is not to let fear or rejection rule decisions,” the Instagram post read.
“She encourages you to remember who you truly are to love yourself and to channel that love back out into the world, for now is the time to be unapologetically you.’

“Embrace. Supercharge. Radiate.”
They captioned the post: “It’s time to welcome the first Full Moon of the year 🌕
“When the Wolf Moon meets Leo’s vibrant energy, it brings a surge of passion and self-expression.”
Fans rushed to the comments section to share how much they loved the post.
One wrote: “I love love this 🔥 it’s a magical time 🪄✨.”
Another chimed in: “So true ❤️❤️🌚.”
A third added lots of love heart emojis.
It comes after Holly shared a post about recovering from ‘dark times’.
She shared a picture of a moonflower with the words: “The moonflower has become a symbol of blossoming in dark times.”
The post from her official lifestyle and guidance brand added that the flowers are: “A powerful symbol of how resilience, strength and growth can flourish during the darkest and most challenging moments.”
Holly then shared it with her followers and added: “Even in the darkness, she grows. Nature is beautiful.”
It comes as Holly was said to be ‘distraught’ over a suspected plot to kidnap her.
Holly and former This Morning co-host Phillip were accused of skipping the queue to pay their respects to the late Queen in 2022.
Then in May Phillip quit the ITV show after he admitted an affair with a younger colleague.
