And while recent snaps have been from their sun soaked family getaway, Helen uploaded a poignant post as she shared a look at her two-year-old son Charlie’s legs.
Charlie’s legs could be seen with a nasty rash on, and Helen shared: “Charlie’s skin is really, really bad.”
The star said she was giving her son lots of cuddles, as she added: “It’s really sore bless him.
“He’s been so upset bless him so we’re watching Paddington Bear and having lots of cuddles today.”

Helen shared a video of her tot looking down in the dumps as he struggled with the painful skin.
It comes after the Corrie star jetted off to Barbados with her kids – including Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, who she shares with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.
The Sun revealed Helen was ordered to leave a swanky restaurant on the island after a row over her outfit.

Helen was wearing just a gold bikini when she was turned away from the Kyma coffee shop at the four-star Waves Hotel and Spa.
But another holidaymaker then spared her blushes and stepped in to lend her a dress.
A sun-seeker told us: “Helen turned up to the Kyma bar with her kids and was enjoying a drink outside.
“It was seriously hot in the early afternoon and when Helen took her kids indoors to get the air-conditioning, she was told she had to cover up or leave.
“She looked horrified because all she had on was a bikini and people were staring.
“My sister had a Skims black dress and lent it to her so she could go in.
“She was so grateful because it was a little awkward.
“It’s a pretty upmarket bistro-come-cafe, and although you can go there straight from the beach, you have to have a T-shirt or a kaftan on. Helen sat back and enjoyed a coffee with the kids after that.
“She returned the dress — and a pair of flip-flops we lent her — to the hotel reception before she left.
“She was a great sport about the whole thing.”
