HELEN Flanagan has fallen victim to mum-shamers while enjoying a luxury holiday with her three kids in Barbados.
Helen, 32, is abroad with her daughters Matilda, eight, and Delilah, five, and her two-year-old son Charlie, and she has described it as “paradise”.

However, after sharing a sweet video of herself and her brood on social media, the mum-of-three received a backlash of criticism online.
The footage shows Matilda and Delilah playing pat-a-cake while Helen cuddles Charlie in the background.
They are all wearing swimwear and are stood on a balcony with a stunning backdrop of palm trees behind them.
At one point, Coronation Street star Helen tosses her head backwards and her sunglasses fall over the edge.
Helen told her one million fans on Instagram: “Woke up in paradise.”
But one follower shot back: “Perhaps your youngest two will enjoy it if the phone isn’t on them 24/7??”
Another replied: “Yes agree 100%.”
A third added: “The shades falling off is the only non fake thing in this reel. Please chuck your phone over the balcony and enjoy your holiday without the need for likes on social media.”
And a fourth asked: “Who’s always recording these videos??”
Helen hasn’t responded to the negative comments, however some of her fans have been quick to defend her.
One wrote: “It’s her business though isn’t it. If you don’t like her and want to be rude, leave.”
Someone else chimed in: “Perhaps it’s nothing to do with you what Helen does. If you don’t want to see her posts, block her it’s that simple.”

Helen had her children during her relationship with footballer Scott Sinclair. The couple split last summer but did not make it public until October.
Although she co-parents with Scott, Helen updates fans almost daily on her life as a single mum to three kids.
As a result, this is unfortunately not the first time the I’m A Celebrity All Stars contestant has been mum-shamed by keyboard warriors.
In June, Helen was slammed for attempting to take a selfie with her children as she enjoyed a glass of wine.
The actress has also been criticised as being “overbearing” while discussing Charlie’s temper tantrums.
But earlier this year, Helen hit out at trolls after she received some mean comments on a video of herself modelling a dress.
She said: “So I shared a fashion reel a few days ago and I was a bit taken back from the not so nice comments I got on the post.
“I was more shocked that the majority of them were from women. I’m a girls girl and very much for other women and I always have another womens back.
“I don’t believe women should comment negatively about other women. I enjoy seeing women feeling glamorous and feeling empowered and dressing how they want to dress.”
Helen continued: “I had some comments from other women about being ‘tacky’ or ‘unclassy’ well to me being a woman and speaking so badly of another woman’s appearance is ‘tacky and unclassy’.
“I never speak badly about how another women looks as it’s just vile.
“I had comments about not being a good role model to my daughters. I will bring up my daughters to be kind, beautiful women that support other women with good morals and girl code.
“Or you can just scroll past…. On social media you don’t like something you don’t have to comment.
“I love my account I feel like I really connect with others women and mothers and yeah basically I support other women, I don’t drag them down. As women we need each other.”
