Aubrey O’Day is “beyond heartbroken” after suffering a miscarriage.
The former Danity Kane member told E! News on Monday that she initially “blamed” herself for her recent pregnancy loss.
“I’ve had moments where I’ve internalized what happened … but luckily I realized there isn’t only one seat at the table,” the singer, 39, said.
News broke in January that O’Day was expecting her first child.
While the pregnancy wasn’t her first, she noted it was “the first time [she] was mentally healthy and in a physically prepared place to care for another life.”
Now, the reality star is looking forward to welcoming her “miracle” child in the future.
“When my baby is ready, he/she will come,” she told the outlet.
“There are also so many children who need happy and healthy homes, so being a mother and a leader will never be something we can’t all have!”

The “Famously Single” alum elaborated on the tragedy via Instagram Stories, telling her followers that she is going through a “sensitive, raw time” in the wake of her miscarriage.
“I wouldn’t change anything,” O’Day wrote in a separate post. “Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they are right … and sometimes things you want most fall apart so that better things can fall together.
“Everything happens for a reason,” the model continued. “I’ll always love u my lil one.”
Although the songwriter did not identify the father of her child while debuting her baby bump in January, she told The Sun that she was seeing “someone special.”
The then-expectant star gushed, “After my relationship with [DJ] Pauly D [ended in 2017], I hadn’t had sex or been intimate with anyone for about three years.”
O’Day credited her new partner with being “the first person that [she] felt comfortable being vulnerable with” since splitting from the 42-year-old “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” star.
The “Couple Goals” singer has yet to make this relationship public.
