Gwyneth Paltrow is living her best life abroad.
The Goop creator put her beach body on display in a black one-piece Wednesday while yachting off the Capri coast.
The actress, 52, was spotted soaking up the sun in Italy in a scoop-neck swimsuit and black sunglasses, according to photos obtained by Page Six Friday.
Paltrow stunned — seemingly makeup-free — as she put her long locks into a bun and toweled off.
The Oscar winner wore her hair down for dinner later that evening, swapping her bathing suit for a black maxi dress and a Gucci raffia bag.
She and husband Brad Falchuk were joined in the Mediterranean by their pals.
Their European getaway comes on the heels of Paltrow revealing she no longer follows the ultra-strict Paleo diet she and Falchuk, 54, adopted years ago.
The “Goop” podcast host admitted to listeners in April that she had become “a little bit didactical” and “obsessed with eating very, very healthily.”
Instead of only eating “lots of fish, vegetables, rice, no dairy [and] no sugar,” Paltrow enjoyed “sourdough bread, cheese” and “a little bit of pasta.”
“There, I said it,” the Golden Globe winner quipped, without specifying whether her partner had also stopped.
Paltrow, who has repeatedly been slammed for sharing her “starvation diet” over the years, married Falchuk in 2018.
The “Shakespeare in Love” star’s first husband was Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who made headlines Wednesday for his split from longtime fiancée Dakota Johnson.
The musician, 48, and the “Fifty Shades of Grey” star, 35, reportedly called it quits after eight years together for two reasons.
“They really tried to work through their issues but the age gap was often a problem,” a source told the US Sun. “She’d [also] expressed that she may want children in the future, whereas Chris is kind of done with that part of his life.”
Martin, notably, has co-parented daughter Apple, 21, and son Moses, 19, with Paltrow since their conscious uncoupling in 2014.
