The supermodel elevated the stylish piece with a tan fedora hat, dark sunglasses and black sarong for the casual boat outing.
The group was photographed enjoying food and conversation during the daytime excursion.
The Brazilian beauty was also seen chatting with her girlfriends on the deck of the luxury watercraft.
Meanwhile, the jiu-jitsu instructor and his guy pals were spotted taking a dip in the ocean.
Bündchen appeared to be wearing the same one-piece bathing suit from a previous outing on the $1.2 million yacht.
At the time, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel and her beau shared a passionate kiss aboard the vessel.
Bündchen, 44, and Valente, 37, acquired the Schafer V44 vessel in February — shortly after welcoming their baby boy.

They have yet to share details on their newborn son, though his middle name is reportedly River.
