Geri Horner’s husband Christian makes secret commitment to Spice Girls star as she divulges family life with the F1 boss

It comes after her 51-year-old was accused of alleged “coercive behaviour” towards an anonymous employee, which he was ultimately cleared of.

Reacting to speculation that Geri has recently legally changed her surname from Horner to Halliwell-Horner because her marriage is in trouble, Geri told The Sunday Times: “That’s a load of crap.

“It’s my writing name. I haven’t legally changed anything — Horner is the name on my passport.”

Geri and Christian share an eight-year-old son, Monty.

Their blended family also includes Geri’s 18-year-old daughter Bluebell and Christian’s daughter Olivia, 11, from his previous relationship with Beverley Allen, a former pub landlady.

Geri welcomed her eldest child Bluebell following a short-lived relationship with Sacha Gervasi, a journalist turned screenwriter and director.

She told the paper: “You know Bluebell is studying English literature.

“She’s brilliant at writing. I run things past her.”

Asked if she gets her writing talents from her dad, Geri replies: “Her biological father, yes. Christian formally adopted her. It’s public knowledge.”

Geri is promoting her new book Rosie Frost: Ice on Fire by Geri Halliwell-Horner, which is published on April 10.

Red Bull boss Christian Horner and wife Geri Halliwell can finally put sexting claims behind them after the allegations were thrown out by a second judge

Last year she appeared on Netflix’s Drive to Survive show with Christian – blissfully unaware that the coming Formula 1 season would threaten to turn their whole lives upside down.

Allegations from an anonymous employee against Red Bull Racing CEO Christian sparked two independent investigations over the following year, which ultimately cleared him.

But just a day after the allegations were first chucked out, a tranche of text messages and photographs were sent from an anonymous email to dozens of journalists and key F1 figures.

Some of the messages were allegedly of a sexual nature – including requests for selfies – and the bombshell leak, which had been timed to coincide with the first race of the season last March, soon became the talk of the circuit.
