AARON Chalmers and his ex Talia Oatway are locked in a bitter legal battle.
The couple split last year shortly after the birth of their severely disabled son and are now no longer on speaking terms.

Geordie Shore star Aaron broke his silence last night as he made a series of claims against his ex.
As he mocked her in a now deleted video, he raged: “People can see past your bullsh*t”.
Talia confirmed lawyers are now involved in a post last night.
She told her fans: “Everything has been watched that is posted online especially when lies are constantly posted.

Aaron, who is now a boxer, and Talia split at the end of last year after five years together.
Last week model Talia opened up about the “toughest months” of her life in the incredibly moving and brave post, as she revealed her son, Oakley, was born with a rare genetic syndrome called Apert Syndrome.
Talia has been documenting their medical journey for months as she has travelled in and out of hospital, while being a single mum to her other children.
While she has kept Oakley’s image private up until now, Talia has finally felt ready to share her son with her world and was met with thousands of messages of support.
