Gemma Collins shocks fans as she swaps 5 star hotel for caravan in Clacton

GEMMA Collins has swapped her usual five star luxury hotels for a caravan this Bank Holiday weekend.

The TV favourite, 42, has been enjoying a family break in Clacton-on-Sea with her brother Russell and nephews Hayden and Kane.

Gemma – who often splashes the cash on luxury accommodation when she holidays – decided to go for a much more modest choice this time round.

The media personality shared snaps from a caravan site and gave fans a glimpse from inside the trailer.

Gemma was all smiles as she posed in front of the caravan, looking glam as always in a white shirt, pair of loose fitted turquoise trousers and a blue Chanel bag.

She then beamed for a photo alongside Hayden, before hitting the arcade for a game on the coin pusher machine.

They looked like they were having a blast and even won a massive Minions soft toy.

Gemma could be heard saying: “I don’t know how we’re going to get this home,” before Russell was seen trying to stuff the toy into the back of his boot.

She posted a sweet photo on her grid of her and Hayden and wrote: “I’m having the best time at Clacton. Sensational fun I felt like I was in Vegas baby. PS….Me and H love Minions.”

Earlier this month Gemma was lapping up the sunshine on a luxury trip to Sicily.

She wowed fans in one post where she flashed her bum and long legs in a black swimsuit.

She took time out to jump on board a yacht in the Sicilian island of Taormina.

She jetted off on holiday following the end of filming for her brand new E4 show, Alan Must Win.

Sources told The Sun that the show is set to be huge and will air on Channel 4 later this year.

A TV insider said: “It’s never been done before and is completely genius – it has the potential to be legendary like Big Brother and run for years. It’s brilliant, and viewers are going to love it.”
