GEMMA Collins has revealed she’s reached a major milestone in her life.
The former Towie star, 42, opened up in a candid new chat and confessed she’s replaced medication for depression with a natural form of therapy.

Gemma admitted to suffering from depression at “various” times in her life but that tablets left her feeling “numb”.
The GC has now fallen in love with gardening and said of coming off of her medication: “I’ve got all my feelings again and I felt that my judgement was quite clouded. I didn’t feel like I could see dodgy people around me.”
She continued to OK! Magazine at the Chelsea Flower Show: “My happiness now is my garden. At the end of the day, it’s so good for your mental health.

“I’ve been growing my fruit and veg and it makes me a lot more grounded as a person. I’ve got blueberries, raspberries… but I’ve got to say that even coming here today, there’s a lot of snobbery around gardening and it’s got to change. Any person can do a garden on a big or small scale.”

Gemma – who last week proudly showed off the garden at her £1.3m Essex mansion – also insisted that she no longer blows money on designer items.
Speaking to The Sun, she added: “If you haven’t got a garden you can grow tomatoes in a pot.
“You can get the grow bags in Tesco. I’ve learned so much about gardening now.
“So many people waste their money on geraniums that will die because they’re not perennial. I’ve done it myself so I’m talking from experience.”
Gemma said: “I used to spend all my money on Gucci but I’d rather spend it in the gardening centre. I love country life now.”
