Gemma was surrounded by presents under her tree and on her lap, including her favourite Liz Earle skincare range.
Talking of last minute Christmas shopping, Gemma then showcased a range of gifts from high street store Boots.

Gemma is clearly in the festive spirit after recently enlisting the help of the Grinch to visit her stunning Essex £1.3million home.
Gemma again took to her Instagram stories to reveal she had surprised he step-son Tristan, four, with a visit from the Grinch.
The Diva Forever star showed off her icy lawn and snow-topped fir trees in her garden as she snapped Tristan hugging the character.
She revealed her impressive white snow-themed Christmas arches on the door of her chic Essex property before heading outside.
The Diva Forever star also added a touch of festive magic to her law with two light-up reindeer statues among the trees.
“Making my little munchkins Christmas fun,” Gemma wrote as she snapped a photo of Tristan meeting the Grinch outside.
It comes after Gemma showed off her enormous Christmas tree – after claiming she was “cutting back” to save money.
