Recently, we reported Gemma’s new role in The Real Full Monty.

The star, 42, will bravely get her kit off for the ITV reality series when it returns to screens later this year – with filming already having taken place.

She went in the buff alongside Dancing On Ice pro Vanessa Bauer who tragically lost her dad to cancer in 2021.

In her weight loss reveal, Gemma candidly told MailOnline of her slimming down during filming.

Talking about getting her kit off and the impact on her diet, the GC said: “I didn’t think about it. I was going Nando’s every day for lunch, it was lovely!

“It’s like that song from The Greatest Showman – this is me! I was confident and my weight didn’t even come into it.”

She added: “I wasn’t worried about it. I’m body confident.

“And like every girl one minute we’re up about ourselves, one minute we’re a bit down about ourselves. We’re only human.

“But I definitely try and embrace and rock what I’ve got. For me getting my boobs out and baring all on The Full Monty for such a good cause – it didn’t even take thinking about!”

The GC has been looking slimmer than ever lately and been showing off her figure in a number of outfits on Instagram.

Back in September, she wowed as she showed off her figure in a pink swimsuit.

The former I’m A Celeb star kick-started her weight loss journey after her stint on Dancing on Ice a few years ago.

Gemma recently revealed the secret to her weight loss – fat busting sessions in a cryotherapy chamber.

She said she had shifted the pounds by brief exposure to temperatures close to -200C.

She recently went for a naked session in a chamber and declared: “I want one in my house.”
