The array of Friend’s child stars have go onto to lead very different lives, from TikTok creators and blockbuster actors to those who left showbusiness behind.
THE TWINS WHO PLAYED EMMA

Both Cali and Noelle Sheldon played Ross and Rachel’s baby Emma.
The identical twins, now 20, took over from another set of twins and acted as Emma from 2003 to 2004.
They have both continued with their acting careers and appeared
in the horror flick Us alongside Black Panther stars Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke.
Speaking about her experiences on set, Cali told Insider: “All of the cast were super nice to us, they treated us all like little princesses and when we had holidays and stuff, they’d give us little Christmas gifts.”
“It’s kind of cool to see something that we were in but can’t really remember, so it’s kind of like the memories are preserved for us,” she added.

PHOEBE’S TRIPLETS

Who can forget Phoebe’s triplet surrogacy storyline in season five.
Lisa Kudrow’s character carried her little brother, Frank Jr. and his wife Alice’s three babies, who were brilliantly named: Leslie, Frank Jr. Jr. and Chandler.
Although the triplets were played by multiple different babies, one major episode cast the quadruplets from the Cimoch family – Alexandria, Cole, Justin and Paul.
Alexandria, a college sophomore, recently took to TikTok to share her former role on the show.
The video has been viewed over 2.6 million times and she captioned it: “Yes… I was on Friends.”
She also disclosed in the video how her brother played a baby girl, a fact they still joke about today.
She hasn’t returned to TV, but seems to have kept up her acting through high school productions.

Although it was far from a starring role, a young Tahj Mowry featured in a Friends episode where Phoebe sang to a bunch of kids at the Central Perk.

However, the actor – now 36 – was no stranger to the screen. He starred in a different hit show Full House from 1991-1995.
Post-Friends, he was frequently featured on Disney Channel and kids shows like Kim Impossible. Mowry also had a main role in ABC’s Baby Daddy until 2017.
THE TRICK OR TREATER

A very young Emily Osment played Lelani, an adorable trick or treater who visits Monica and Rachel’s apartment and received a cheque from the latter.
The child actor would go onto big roles, including Gerti Giggles in the Spy Kids films and Miley Cyrus’ best friend Lilly Truscott in Hannah Montana.
Osment is now a series regular on Young Sheldon as well as other successful American TV shows.
JOEY’S YOUNG FRIEND

Approaching the end of Friends, Chandler and Monica buy a house out in the suburbs.
The miserable Joey accompanies them on this venture, where he meets eight-year-old Mackenzie played by Dakota Fanning who helps to console him.
Almost unknown at the time of her Friend’s appearance, Fanning would go on to have huge commercial success in the likes of the Twilight franchise, War Of The Worlds and Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

SANTA-LOVING OWEN

Daryl Sabara features in a 2003 episode, where he plays a Santa-obsessed Owen, who is the adopted son of Phoebe’s friends.
In an iconic scene, Owen finds out he is adopted through Chandler’s carelessness.
The young star had already featured in the sitcom Will & Grace and had a leading role in the first films of the Spy Kids franchise.
He’s now married to singer Meghan Trainor and is a regular feature on her TikTok with their young son.

A true star of the show – Cole Sprouse played Ross’ son from season six to season 8.
The show regular would go straight onto a leading role in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, alongside his twin.
Now 30-years-old, the actor is more recently known for his role as Jughead in Netflix’s Riverdale.
