PETER Andre has treated fans to a sneak peek of his new movie – and he’s left fans cringing with his attempt at a Jamaican accent.

The plot sees Peter’s character, Gary Buckley aka Gazza, pose as a Jamaican gangster to secure £35,000 for his gran’s care.
In a new two minute trailer begins with Gazza explaining he’s a small time “wheeler-dealer and troublemaker”.
He accepts a risky scam with just 21 days to pull it off.
Gazza immerses himself in Jamaican culture as he poses as a gangster for £3 million.
Things get more bizarre when Peter does his best Jamaican accent and sports a fake dreadlocks wig.
Peter proudly shared the trailer, writing: “First stop: World Premiere at the Gold Coast Film Festival, Friday 9 May 2025.”
Some fans were left cringing at Peter’s new role, while others were in stitches over it.
One wrote: “LMFAO, this is the most original thing I’ve seen in a while.”
A second said: “What is happening here lad?”
“This looks hilarious can’t wait to see this,” a third said.
“Joke is I’d fully watch this, so would you,” a fourth commented.
While someone else asked: “Is this a joke,” with a laughing face emoji.
This person cheekily quipped: “Looks like Katie Price has got some serious competition for the title of ‘most pointless and boring movie of 2025,” in reference to her upcoming film appearance.
The film, which is directed by Fredi Nwaka, also stars Wil Johnson, Oliver Samuel and Hollyoaks bad body Jamie Lomas.
This is not the first time Peter and Jamie have starred together.
In 2022, they teamed up for short film SnapCatch with his son Junior Andre – to raise awareness around online grooming and educate on safety for young people.
Peter is known for his stint on I’m A Celebrity, his reality shows with ex-wife Katie Price, and his music career.
He has also starred in various high-profile productions of the smash-hit musical, Grease, as Teen Angel and Vince Fontain.
Last September the presenter announced that he’s taking his career in drama to the next level, as he’s signed on to star in a secret project for Channel 5.
The star told OK! Magazine: “I have got a part in a new Channel 5 drama as one of the lead characters, which I’m excited about.
“I can’t reveal the name of it just yet or give much away, but I start filming next month and can’t wait to get stuck in.”
He added: “Watch this space!”
But not drifting too far from the career that first shot him to superstardom, he also admitted that new music is on the way.
It has been almost 30 years since his smash-hit track, Mysterious Girl, hit the charts back in 1995.
The former reality star said that he previously thought about going back into the studio.
But now he admitted that dream has become a reality as he works on his 12th studio album.
“I’ve been talking about new music for so long but I’m happy to announce that I’m finally working on an album,” he told the outlet.
“Next year will be 30 years since the release of Mysterious Girl, so the album is to mark that milestone and will be followed by a tour.
“I’m really looking forward to it. I can’t believe it’s been 30 years.”
He also admitted that fans regularly get in touch as they still love the iconic track decades after the initial release.
