Fanatics mogul Michael Rubin hosts annual starry Super Bowl luncheon

Michael Rubin brought his annual starry Super Bowl luncheon with Casey Wasserman to Arizona on Friday in advance of the big game.

Hollywood stars, pro athletes, NFL team owners and politicians gathered at Etta restaurant in Scottsdale for the occasion.

Spies said attendees included Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and California Gov. Gavin Newsom, as well as comedian Kevin Hart, rapper Meek Mill and DJ Steve Aoki.

Also at the event were athletes who’ve been in the news lately including Brittney Griner, the basketball star who was recently released from Russian incarceration, and Damar Hamlin, the Buffalo Bills star who suffered cardiac arrest and collapsed during a “Monday Night Football” matchup and has made a recovery.

Hamlin was also celebrated at an NFL Honors event on Thursday night.

Rubin’s Super Bowl bash has become one of the weekend’s most exclusive invites.

We hear that Hamlin was at the event talking to NFL great Peyton Manning, as well as Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

The luncheon has become one of Super Bowl weekend’s biggest power gatherings, and Rubin also hosts a larger bash for his Fanatics brand. That party will go down on Saturday with performers including Travis Scott, J Balvin, Lil Baby and The Chainsmokers — who all also attended the lunch, we hear.

There were also past and present athletes including Alex Rodriguez, Shaquille O’Neal, Russell Wilson, Odell Beckham Jr. and Michael Strahan, we hear, plus marketing maven Maverick Carter and Kevin Durant’s business partner Rich Kleiman.
