Emily, 33, was glowing as she held an empty glass of wine as she started her weekend early.
The former I’m A Celebrity runner-up donned an all-black ensemble and opted to show off her natural beauty, with her hair tied back into a relaxed ponytail.
A sweep of light eyeliner and shiny pink gloss on her lips completed the look.
She captioned the post: “Thanks everyone for making Thursday the new Friday, you’ve officially destroyed the weekend a day earlier.”

This comes after she nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction when she presented the gong for Best British Dance Act at the Brit Awards.
The 33-year-old joined Alex Scott on stage to hand out the award when she was forced to quickly re-adjust herself on stage.
As she reached the podium, actress Emily could be heard saying ‘oops’ as she looked down and quickly pulled her dress up.
And it didn’t go unnoticed with fans, with one tweeting: “Emily Atack was lucky not to have a wardrobe malfunction.”
