The blonde beauty starred on a new podcast by cosmetic brand Soap & Glory, named: “Soaking up life with Emily Atack”.
Emily and Ellie, 39, discussed the concept of “change” during the show.
From relationships to moving house, the pair were honest as they explored a variety of topics.
Whilst chatting about relationships, Emily admitted: “I’ve been dating guys in my 20s and it’s not getting me anywhere.”

She later confessed that despite being unsuccessful whilst dating younger men, dating 40-year-olds “scares” her.
Stating that her husband is ten years her senior, Ellie encouraged: “Go for a nice 40-year-old.”
To which Emily replied: “40-year-olds scare me.”
Emily went on to rant about dating younger men, complaining: “They are still children, how is it, when we are talking about men and they are twenty-eight, thirty-three, ‘yeah but, they’re still young’.

“No they are not, they are fully grown men!”
It comes as the TV favourite fuelled rumours that she is secretly back with her ex-boyfriend Liam – as they celebrated his birthday together.
Last month, Emily shared a snap of Liam McGough, 38, who now works as a tree surgeon, and wished him a happy birthday.
But it’s not the first time she left fans wondering if she’s back with her ex.
Emily shared a snap of Liam, and publicly wished him a happy birthday ahead of his bash.
“Happy birthday to my best friend,” she wrote before adding a selection of food and drink emoijs.
The couple split up in October last year after a seven-month romance.
A source told The Sun: “Emily and Liam have been friends for a long time and were together for seven months, but sadly have decided to separate.

“They kept their relationship private for a while and only went public when the news broke that they were together.
“Sadly, they decided they were better off as friends and parted ways a few days ago, but it’s all very amicable.”
