Elon Musk’s daughter Vivian rocks 40-foot hair braid in first fashion campaign: ‘Oh s—t, I’m gorgeous’

There’s a new model on the scene.

Vivian Wilson, the estranged daughter of Elon Musk, landed her first fashion campaign, partnering with queer-owned Wildfang for a Pride Month ad.

For the photoshoot, the 21-year-old wore a white T-shirt reading “Existing Shouldn’t Be Revolutionary,” which she co-designed with the brand’s CEO Emma McIlroy.

Wilson rocked the white T-shirt with punchy purple trousers and black Dr. Martens boots.

The tee will raise money for The Trevor Project, a non-profit suicide prevention organization for young LGBTQ+ individuals.

When designing the top, Wilson told People she didn’t want to come up with a “slogan” as it wouldn’t feel authentic.

She chatted with McIlroy until they landed on something that felt right. “It was just like, ‘Oh, okay, this is perfect. Love it. Let’s just go with that,’” Wilson said to the publication about the end result.

“Vivian represents everything we believe in: bravery, brilliance, and bold self-expression,” McIlroy said in a press release. “This campaign gave us the chance to celebrate Vivian, her name, her power, her style, and the inspiration she provides to the queer community.”

The release also elaborated on the spirit of the campaign, concluding, “VIVIAN WILSON FOR WILDFANG is a tribute to the names we choose, the identities we honor, and the communities that lift us up when the world tries to tear us down. Because a name is more than an identifier. It’s a statement. And for Vivian Jenna Wilson, it’s just the beginning.”

In another photo, she sported a 40-foot hair braid that spelled out her name across the floor, along with a black vest, coordinating Bermuda shorts and a printed button-up.

“I saw myself in the mirror, and I was kind of like, ‘Oh, s—t, I’m gorgeous,’” she gushed about the look.

Lastly, the social media personality modeled a bright floral print suit, matching tie and white button-up as she posed next to old televisions with her name and picture on the screens.

Wilson, who came out as transgender in 2020, entered the public eye last summer after slamming her father on Threads, and now uses her growing platform to raise awareness for the trans community — and speak out against Musk, calling him a “pathetic man child” in a cover story interview with Teen Vogue earlier this year.

She’s also an aspiring model, recently strutting her stuff down the runway at a “RuPaul’s Drag Race” event, voguing and dancing for onlookers.

“I am currently working on or am participating in some fundraising projects that my friends are doing and am trying to join those activities,” she told People.

“I’m always going to be vocal because it is who I am. I’ve got to be a trans woman.” Wilson added, “Obviously I’m never going to shut the f—k up. … I can’t say that.”
