Elon Musk takes son X Æ A-Xii to football game amid bitter parental rights battle with ex Grimes

Elon Musk is getting his son into sports early.

The billionaire Tesla founder brought 3-year-old X Æ A-Xii to the historic Army-Navy football game Saturday amid a bitter custody battle with his ex, singer Grimes.

The toddler sat on Musk’s shoulders as they watched the Army Black Knights clinch victory, beating the Navy Midshipmen 11-17.

“ARMY NAVY,” Musk tweeted Sunday, along with a clip highlighting the view from the top of the stadium.

When asked which team he was supporting, the controversial tech entrepreneur replied, “Army tbh :).”

The father-son duo was all smiles as they walked around Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts during the rare outing together.

The tot, who wore a pair of jeans with a green-and-black flannel top, held onto his dad’s face for balance.

Musk, for his part, cut a casual figure in a gray tee and a blue jacket.

The pair was most recently spotted at another sporting event: the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix in Texas.

“Elon arrived in the paddock more than an hour after the race began,” an eyewitness told Page Six in October.

“He was smiling and laughing with a few friends before putting X on his shoulders and walking to the Mercedes garage.”

The spy noted that Musk’s eldest son with Grimes may have even had a brush with royalty since Prince Harry watched the race in the same garage.

The SpaceX mogul, 52, and the “Genesis” songstress, 35, have both sued each other for parental rights of X, as well as his two younger siblings.

The former couple quietly welcomed daughter Exa Dark Sideræl in December 2021 via surrogate.

They also share a child named Techno Mechanicus, whom they refer to as Tau, according to the New York Times’ September review of Walter Isaacson’s “Elon Musk” biography.

Details surrounding the baby’s sex and birth date remain unknown.

Musk, who has fathered eight other children with two other women, is currently fighting to keep his paternal rights case against the musician in Texas.

The move is in his best financial interests, an experienced family law attorney told Page Six last month.

“No doubt Musk filed in Texas in order to get a better deal on child support than he would get in California,” lawyer Stephanie I. Blum said.

“Texas law places a cap on the amount of child support the higher earner has to pay regardless of their wealth,” she added.

Musk has stated in court docs that his ex was “attempting to circumvent the jurisdiction” of the Lone Star State by insisting her residence was in California.

The X (formerly known as Twitter) owner argued that he had spent at least “six consecutive months” taking “actual care, control, and possession” of their three kids in Texas.
