ACTOR William Levy appears glassy-eyed and tense in his mugshot after he was arrested for making a scene while drunk.
The Cuban-American star, 44, was handcuffed on Monday on charges of public intoxication and trespassing, cops said.

The actor stayed in Broward County Jail over Monday night and remained behind bars as of Tuesday morning.
Levy starred on Season 14 of Dancing with the Stars in 2012 and finished in third place with his partner, Cheryl Burke.
Levy shares two teens, Christopher and Kailey, with his ex-wife, Elizabeth Gutiérrez.
Neither of his kids has spoken about their dad’s arrest on their social media accounts.

Specific details about the arrest have not been revealed.
Levy is currently awaiting trial as both of his charges are pending.
Broward County Sheriff’s Office hasn’t returned The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
The Latin star rose to fame with his appearance in multiple telenovelas.
He’s also starred in movies including Girls Trip and Tyler Perry’s film Addicted.
Levy has an active Instagram account, where he often posts about his kids and his career.

The actor had an on-and-off relationship with Gutiérrez before she announced their split for good.
“I loved William, I think it’s no secret that he was the love of my life,” Gutiérrez told Hola in April 2024 before adding, “Currently, we are not together.”
“On my part, it was never for lack of love, I just think I’m not the same girl I was 20 years ago that he met,” she continued.
“What we want at this moment is different. I will always love him, I will always wish him the best, and as I have always said, being with me or not, I want to see him happy.”

“I was a model when I did these things, so as a model there’s nothing wrong [with] doing those kind[s] of things. You gotta work. You gotta make money,” he said.
