DUA LIPA has landed her first Hollywood role alongside A-list megastars Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling and Sex Education’s Emma Mackey.
The singer, 27, looks incredible as she’s transformed into ‘Mermaid Barbie’ in the new posters for the upcoming film.

Starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as one of the many Barbies and Kens, the stellar cast also features Helen Mirren, Will Ferrell and Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan.
Dua, who is best known for her chart-topping hits including New Rules, Levitating and One Kiss, has been kept under wraps by the film’s bosses until today when she was unveiled alongside the rest of the A-list roll call.
In the poster the singer is seen wearing a glitter blue crop top that shows off her killer abs and a long electric-blue wig that features a hint of a sea shell tail.
Dua shared the poster on social media with her 87.7 million Instagram followers and was quickly inundated with compliments from excited fans.
One person gushed enthusiastically, “Another reason to watch this movie.”
“COME ON BARBIE LET’S GO PARTY,” added another person referencing Aqua’s iconic song.

A third follower cheekily penned: “dua lipa and Margot Robbie in the same movie I’m foaming at the mouth.”
“Iconic,” wrote someone else.
The movie news comes after it was revealed the Levitating singer has seen her wealth more than double in the past three years to take her fortune to £60 million.
Dua, who had £25million in April 2020, has just filed new accounts to Companies House which show her touring company, Dua Lipa Live LLP, now has assets worth £38.6million, up £8million on the previous year.
A separate firm, Dua Lipa Ltd, has so far raked in £21.7million.
The earnings in her touring company come from the first two months of her North American Future Nostalgia tour, which took place in February and March last year.
But in reality Dua will have earned an even bigger figure, as the total doesn’t reflect the cash she raked in from the subsequent legs of the tour in the UK, Europe, South America, New Zealand and Australia.
