Drew Barrymore is happy that her ex Justin Long has found love again with his new fiancée, Kate Bosworth.
In a clip for Thursday’s upcoming episode of the “Drew Barrymore Show,” Barrymore explained to her audience that she and her guest, Bosworth, share “a very important person in common.”
“My very dear old friend Justin Long — a boyfriend, a dear friend — and he and Kate have found each other in this world,” the “Charlie’s Angel” star said as photos of Long, 44, and Bosworth, 40, were shown on the screen.
“[You’ve] become this incredibly joyous, bonded, real deal,” Barrymore, 48, continued gushing. “You holding hands — ultimate couple you root for. Period.”
Bosworth responded, “That’s so sweet. He loves you so much. He just loves you so deeply.”
The “Straw Dogs” actress then shared that she encouraged her fiancé to come on Barrymore’s eponymous show last year.
“I was with him when he got the ask and he’s like, ‘Oh, Drew wants me to go on her show,’ and I was like, ‘You have to do it!’ I was so excited,’” Bosworth shared.
“I was so excited because I knew there’s so much love between the two of you,” she told Barrymore.

“I always say you guys were in the tornado together, right? It’s like the time in your life when you’re like, ‘I want to feel and I want to do everything,’ just like, be a part of the adventure in a wild way, which is so much fun. He just loves you so much.”

The “Jeepers Creepers” actor went on Barrymore’s show last September and the exes got emotional as they shared their love for one another.
“I love that we maintained our love because I know from my end, it will never go away,” he said. “I love you always. I am glad that we are able to still have that. I mean that. I’ll always love you.”
Long and Barrymore dated on and off from 2007 to 2010. After they split, the “Tusk” actor went on to date actress Amanda Seyfried from 2013 to 2015, while the “Scream” actress went on to marry Will Kopelman in 2012.
Barrymore and the art consultant, however, divorced in 2016. They share two daughters: Olive, 10, and Frankie, 9.
Page Six broke the news that Long and Bosworth were dating in December 2021 and last month, the couple confirmed that they were engaged.
