Don Lemon is sending encouragement to his former colleague T.J. Holmes amid fallout from his alleged affair with “Good Morning America” co-host Amy Robach.
“I’ll say this, I know T.J., I worked with T.J. at CNN, so I have nothing but love for him and I hope that he’s OK,” Lemon told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday at the Ripple of Hope Gala in New York.
“I don’t know about their situation, I’m not privy enough, but I just like to offer people love and support and I hope that they’re OK and hope that they continue to prosper.”
The “This Is The Fire” author, 56, also shared that he hopes Robach, 49, and Holmes, 45, — who were taken off the air after their alleged romance made headlines — will be able to return to their daily news show, “GMA3.”
“And I hope that I can see them in person again soon so I can give ’em a hug,” he added.
Last month, Holmes and Robach’s alleged secret relationship was made public after photos of the couple — who are both married — were published by the Daily Mail, showing the pair cozying up to each other on various occasions across New York.
They even went on a getaway to a cabin upstate, where Holmes was seen grabbing Robach’s butt.
While a source told Page Six that the “GMA3” co-hosts have allegedly been romantically linked since March, Holmes — who has been married to Marilee Fiebig since 2010 — and Robach — who also tied the knot with Andrew Shue in 2010 — did not leave their spouses until August.
Though Holmes and Fiebig had been separated for months, a source told Page Six that they were trying to work things out when news of his alleged romance with Robach surfaced.

“She’s devastated. She had no idea,” our source says. “They haven’t been together in [a while], but they were trying to work it out.”
The insider added that the couple “were just together” for Holmes’ birthday on Aug. 19.
ABC News president Kim Godwin announced earlier this week that Holmes and Robach would not host their daily news show because their situation had become too much of an “internal and external distraction.”
A source told Page Six that they don’t believe the reporters are “off for good,” but added, “It just depends on what else comes out.”
Since news broke, it’s been revealed that Holmes has allegedly had multiple affairs with several women at his place of employment.
Last week, Page Six exclusively reported that Holmes allegedly had a three-year affair with married “Good Morning America” producer Natasha Singh that began in 2016.
Additionally, a source told us that Holmes allegedly had an affair with at least one other woman at ABC, outside of Robach and Singh.
“T.J.’s cheating with ABC staffers was definitely one of the reasons why they were yanked off,” says a source. “It has become a distraction.”
ABC declined to comment on his alleged relations.
