An anonymous witness going by the name “Jane” outlined how a love contract she agreed to led her to be coerced into sex acts by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

The deeper we move into Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ sex trafficking and racketeering trial, the more disturbing information is being revealed. Cassie Ventura started the trial off weeks ago with several bombshell claims during her testimony. Now, other past partners of the disgraced music mogul are sharing troubling tales of their own. An anonymous witness, using the pseudonym “Jane,” recently revealed that she signed a “love contract” that kept her beholden to Diddy.

Love contract led to coercion, says a witness

“Jane”, one of Diddy’s many ex-girlfriends, took the stand late last week and has been offering bombshell after bombshell since. The anonymous witness revealed that she signed a “love contract” with Diddy back in 2023.

According to the witness, the “contract” came with a $10,000 per month allowance. In addition, Diddy also paid her rent. She said the contract was a verbal one, but as soon as she agreed to Diddy’s terms, he began coercing her into sex acts with other men. The prosecution shared text messages proving that “Jane” was not an enthusiastic participant in various sex acts. “Jane’s” messages also called Diddy out for using the contract as a means of control.

‘Jane’ opened up about how Diddy used their ‘love contract’ to control her

The anonymous witness noted that Diddy used the contract to his advantage often. She said Diddy regularly pointed out her housing accommodations and threatened to stop paying her rent if she shared feelings of discomfort. According to The Washington Post, the anonymous witness stated that the dynamic created by the love contract and Diddy’s financial support left her feeling “beholden” to him.

“Jane’s” testimony shows how Diddy used his money and power to control the women around him and, in many ways, forced them into situations they had no way of saying no to. Several other witnesses, including Cassie Ventura, have testified to feeling the same way.

“Jane” is not expected to be the last witness to be called. Diddy’s trial began on May 12 with opening statements. While original timelines suggested the trial should last around eight weeks, it could end sooner.
