DISGRACED rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging two women and forcing them to have sex at Donald Trump’s New York City hotel, a fresh lawsuit claims.
A former bottle service attendant and a woman believed to be her friend filed the bombshell suit against the shamed artist.

Both women – who filed the suits anonymously as Jane Doe – claimed they were sexually assaulted at the Trump Hotel in Manhattan in the 1990s.
The bottle service attendant claimed she had gone to the Limelight nightclub in New York City where Diddy was hosting an event.
This Jane Doe said the top two floors of the five-story club had been reserved for a sex party.
The accuser said she was not attacked at the nightclub, but claimed she and her friend were forced to go back to a penthouse suite at the Trump Hotel with Diddy, according to court documents seen by TMZ.
The bottle service attendant claimed the women were forced into having group sex and added that Diddy made a club promoter rape her while the disgraced rapper apparently watched.
This lawsuit said: “Combs made it clear that they did not have a choice.”
Jane Doe alleged she and her friend were held hostage and drugged in the room, while several other men were also there.
This accuser also claimed she was drugged and raped by guests at a 1997 party at Diddy’s house in the Hamptons – on the music moguls orders.
The first Jane Doe said she went to work as a bottle service attendant as a pal said she could make $2,000 that night.
Her lawsuit also claimed she “recalls seeing Combs fully naked at one point and witnessing another man sodomizing him”, per TMZ.
A second lawsuit – filed by a woman believed to be the first Jane Doe’s friend – claimed she was assaulted by Diddy and other party guests on the music moguls orders, per TMZ.
The second accuser said she had also gone from the Limelight nightclub back to Trump Hotel where she claimed she had been drugged and raped by a security guard while Diddy watched.
This bombshell civil suit is the latest in a string of legal actions taken against the locked up rapper, all of which he has denied.
The rapper’s legal team has previously said: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
These suits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee who has put forward several civil cases against Diddy.
In another recent case, Buzbee’s client claimed Diddy ruined his career after the music mogul allegedly raped and assaulted him in an apparent drug-fuelled sex attack, The Sun has previously reported.
The anonymous man accused the disgraced music star and his company Bad Boy Entertainment of sexual battery and conspiracy.
Diddy’s downfall
By The U.S. Sun’s Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy’s legal battles for years
BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest in September, it was highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.
His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”
Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.
The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.
Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.
Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs’ mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.
In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.
Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Combs forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.
Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.
He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.
John Doe claimed the rapper used a record deal promise to coerce the singer into sex.
This accuser claimed he encountered Diddy at a nightclub he performed at in Los Angeles in 2015 while one of Diddy’s crew told the aspiring rapper he could potentially land a deal with Bad Boy Records if he performed well that night.
John Doe claimed he was then invited to a VIP area in the nightclub where the music mogul and other “well-known” musicians were.
Thus suit also alleged Diddy grabbed John Doe’s genitals and performed oral sex on him.
