Diana Dors married her first husband Dennis Hamilton just five weeks after meeting.
They were hitched on July 3, 1951 at Westminster’s famous Claxton Hall.
During their marriage Dennis took control of Diana’s career, and moved more towards promoting her as a sex symbol.
It was also widely reported at the time that together they held wild parties for fellow celebrities.
The couple didn’t have any children during their relationship, and split their time between their homes in London, Berkshire, and Hollywood.
They remained together until his death on January 31, 1959.

Diana’s second marriage was to actor Richard Dawson.

The couple wed in New York on April 12, 1959, just three months after her first husband Dennis has passed away.
They were married for seven years before divorcing in 1966.

Diana married her third husband, actor Alan Lake, on November 23, 1968, again at Claxton Hall.
They lived happily at her beloved Orchard Manor, in Sunningdale, Berkshire.
They remained together until her untimely death on May 4, 1984, aged just 52.
In a double tragedy, Alan took his own life just five months later on October 10, 1984.
During their time together, Diana and Alan welcomed a son called Jason Lake – sadly in 2019 he passed away aged just 50.
