POP STAR Peter Andre has admitted he made a ‘catastrophic’ blunder when he met the late Queen inside Buckingham Palace.
The Mysterious Girl singer, 51, said that the ‘serious faux pas’ has meant he has never been invited back.

Peter, who is married to Emily MacDonagh, told how he had the pleasure and honour of meeting the late Queen three times during his career.
But during what was to be his last visit to the royal residence, for a Duke of Edinburgh Award ceremony, the father-of-five revealed he made an awkward blunder.
The singer’s mistake resulted in him destroying palace property and left him feeling ‘mortified’.
After being asked if he was ‘no longer welcome’ at the Palace, Peter said: “Put it this way, I’ve not had an invitation back.’
He said: “I was telling a joke when I knocked over my black coffee and it stained this beautiful red carpet.”
The situation worsened when one royal staff member joked that his clumsiness had cost more than he might have thought.
Speaking to The Times, he revealed: “One of the staff joked: ‘One square metre of this carpet costs more than your house’.”
He continued: “As I left, a security guard at the front gate said: ‘Her Majesty is not going to be happy.’ They all knew about it before I’d left the building.”
The father of five was quick to make light of the situation at the time commenting: “I’m not sure if I will be meeting Her Majesty again this week (unless I pay the cleaning bill…)”
To date, he has never been invited back.
Peter and Emily previously visited Buckingham Palace in 2019 at the armed forces’ Not Forgotten Association Annual Garden Party.
Peter looked dapper in his blue suit and matching tie, while his beautiful wife meanwhile looked sensational in an off-the-shoulder floral summer dress.
Pete met Emily when her dad treated him for kidney stones in 2010 and the pair later fell madly in love.
The couple share children Amelia, nine, Theo, six, and new baby girl Arabella.
