Denise Richards is opening up about her crazy life with her three kids. The actor and her family star in the new Bravo series Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, which premieres March 4.
In a teaser for the comedic docuseries, Richards gets candid about parenting three children, including the two daughters she shares with ex Charlie Sheen. She jokingly worries that she and her former husband (to whom she was married from 2002 to 2006) might have seriously screwed up their kids.

Richards is a mom to three daughters: Sami Sheen, 20, Lola Sheen, 19, and Eloise Richards, 13.
“I’m a cool mom,” she says in the teaser (via Bravo). But being the coolest parent in the room doesn’t mean that raising a trio of girls is all fun and games.
“Being a parent in the public eye and in Hollywood is really hard, especially when your mom and dad are Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen,” she says in a confessional segment.
“I guess you have a f***ed up mom and a f***ed up dad,” she tells Sami and Lola. “And we’ve got f***ed up kids now. I’m kidding!”
Richards might be joking, but managing her two oldest is difficult, she says.
“I’m trying to just keep the family together and these girls make it so f***ing hard,” she says. “People think it gets so much easier when they’re older. It gets harder. And there’s no damn *ss f***ing handbook for it, that’s for sure.
Richards reunites with other ‘RHOBH’ alums in her new show
The World Is Not Enough actor is no stranger to reality TV. She starred in E!’s Denise Richards: It’s Complicated from 2008 to 2009. She was also a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Several of Richards’ RHOBH co-stars pop up in the Wild Things trailer, including Camille Grammer, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Kathy Hilton. Erika Jayne also makes an appearance, leading to a shocked “oh f***” reaction from Richards.
Richards and Jayne clashed during their time on RHOBH. In 2024, their conflict flared up with Jayne brought up Sami’s OnlyFans account during a dinner.
Denise Richards and Her Wild Things premieres Tuesday, March 5 following a new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Starting March 11, the show moves to its regular 9 p.m. ET/PT timeslot on Bravo. Episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
