TV star Declan Donnelly is splashing out on a glitzy party room after buying the house next door to his mansion in a multi-million pound plan.

Dec, 48, has invested vast sums in his £7million West London pile.

But the I’m A Celeb host, who has kids Isla and Jack with wife Ali, is now gutting and refurbishing the run-down property next door after buying it for £2.25million.

Plans show the star has included a party room – including a custom built bar, a “vintage mirror”, a fireplace and “bespoke” bench seating for guests.

Public planning documents seen by The Sun reveal the large semi is being converted into two swish apartments.

His plans for the house next door — two doors from TV partner Ant McPartlin’s former mansion in the same street — were approved by Hounslow council last week.

Meanwhile, Ant is expecting his first child in June with wife Anne-Marie Corbett, 46.

Britain’s Got Talent legend Ant and his wife of three years are “beyond delighted” at the news. 

Anne-Marie, who has two children from a previous marriage, is understood to have had her five-month scan – prompting the happy couple to confirm the health update following weeks of frenzied speculation.

A source said: “This is the news everyone wanted. Ant and Anne- Marie are beyond delighted.

“It’s no secret that Ant has always wanted children, but that it may never happen for him was something he had, sadly, come to terms with.

“When they found out last year, they were absolutely delighted, but obviously kept the news quiet for as long as possible.

“To be having a child two years short of his 50th birthday, with the love of his life, is the stuff of dreams for Ant.

“He’s already a wonderful, doting father to Anne-Marie’s kids, and together they’re going to be brilliant parents to this latest addition to the family.”
