IN It Together Festival certainly knows how to throw a party.
The family-friendly three-day music event, based on Old Park Farm in Port Talbot, sold out 50% of their tickets within the first week of release – and I definitely understand why.

With HUGE artists, very reasonably priced tickets and all around good vibes… spending your May bank holiday in Wales with In It Together is a no-brainer.
Singer Craig David played some of his best hits including Re-Wind, My Heart’s Been Waiting For You and a handful of his remixes on Parcstage last Friday night.
DJ Joel Corry got everyone bouncing along to his bangers Head & Heart, Sorry and Lonely earlier on in the day, and Rag ‘N’ Bone wrapped things up on the first evening with songs such as Human and All You Ever Wanted.
The likes of rock band Feeder, singer-songwriter Newton Faulkner and pop band Scouting For Girls also took to the stage during the first day.
On Saturday Eurovision legend Sam Ryder belted out Spaceman to the crowd on Parcstage, while indie rock band Razorlight performed tunes such as Goldentouch, Somewhere Else and America.
Pop sensations Sugababes were the last to do their thing, performing their biggest hits like Ugly, Push The Button and their own take on Sweet Female Attitude’s Flowers.
The last day of In It Together on Parcstage saw boyband Blue, singer Cat Burns and Symphonic Ibiza.
Thousands of fans rushed to get the best view of the rapper Dizzee Rascal on Sunday evening.
He wowed the crowd to his classic songs from over the years, including Bonkers, Bassline Junkie and Holiday.
The singer even treated fans to an exclusive listen to one of his new tunes.
If dance music is your thing, you can head to the Panchia stage.
Festival-goers were treated Ewan McViar, Eats Everything, Wilkinson and Sigma over the weekend.
The Rewind Arena is somewhere to go to bring you back to the 90s – with a selection of pop, dance anthems and UK garage.
Crowds gathered to listen to East 17, DJ Luck and MC Neat, Phats & Small, Blazin’ Squad and Liberty X.
The Steelworks stage saw an impressive reggae selection, while The Paddock stage gave the opportunity for up and coming Welsh artists to perform to a live audience.
But that’s not all of it as The Wonky Lizard had a mix of live music and comedians perform. BBC legends Dick & Dom, and characters Hey Duggee and Peppa Pig appeared on the stage too.
And if you were lucky you may have found the two secret stages…
I thought this year couldn’t be topped, but in 2025 there are going to be even more acts than before, with TWO new stages being brought to the line-up for country music and live bands.
A weekend camping adult ticket costs just £123, while a camping family ticket is £246 – so I’d say it’s one of the most affordable festivals around at the moment.
An adult weekend ticket is £99 or a family one for just £100 more.
If you’re feeling boujee, you could pick the VIP option, which gives you a great view of Parcstage from a lavish tent and a luxury shower upgrade.
There are also hotels located near-by if you can’t see yourself camping, and it’s easy to travel to and from the site.
For all the party animals out there, you have the option of buying a Thursday ticket – so you can enjoy an extra day of amazing music and if you’re lucky… some Welsh sunshine.
The festival is very family friendly, with a range of different ages on site and different activities to suit that.
There’s a glitter stall, henna, hair plaiting, face painting and air brush tattoos for the young-uns.
Not only that, more family fun can be had with the kiddie’s corner, a chance to win prizes on stalls, messing around with orb balls and the chance to do a bit of axe throwing.
There’s also a place for the dads to go off and watch the footie.
For those that love a cheeky pint or two while listening to their favourite music (I mean, who doesn’t?!) – there is no need to worry because there are plenty of bars and even an option to pick up your booze at a fast track self service.
I really wasn’t lying when I said there was something for everyone!
Acts start from early afternoon, and finish past midnight, so you’ll definitely have to pick up some food throughout the day.
If you get a bit peckish, there is plenty to pick from – fish and chips, pizza, Mexican, noodles, burgers and fried chicken.
And no need to worry if you’re veggie or vegan because you’re catered for too.
Are you a pizza and Prosecco fan? Well you’ll have to book in at La Casa Di Famiglia, their on site Italian restaurant.
So with 357 days until the next, I know what I’ll be doing in May next year…
